1 - HOW WE BEGIN
Where our journey together begins. After you filled our contact form and if we get a feel that we’re a good fit, we’ll start our work with an introductory call to get to know each other. This is where we’ll listen to your unique needs and vision before formally booking your project. Afterward, we’ll start our collaboration.
2 - DISCOVERY
& DIRECTION
This is where we’ll dive deep. After reviewing a questionnaire together about your business, we’ll work to uncover your roots and form a detailed brand strategy and creative direction to build on. This helps us create strategic design and identity elements for your brand. Plus, a brand style guide will help you maintain your new brand identity for seasons to come.
3 - DESIGN
& REFINEMENT
When your brand’s creative direction is approved, we’ll begin designing and creating all the elements of your brand. Throughout this process, we’ll be in frequent communication for presentations, feedback, and refinements to our work. This ensures we’re designing your brand to engage with your ideal customers.
4 - LAUNCH
Where our journey ends, and your new chapter begins. When all of our work is completed and approved, we’ll prepare your files and send them off to you with helpful resources on how to use your new and elevated brand, website, and on-brand photography. This is a new beginning for you, to embody the unique value you offer as your business grows and evolves. Now, it’s time to celebrate!

How do I know if we are a good fit?
Great question. We could be a good fit if you’re ready to invest in your business and are open to responsive and intentional collaboration during the design experience. Plus, sharing the same values and enjoying my design style is always a given.
Do you work with international client?
Yes! My studio is based in London, but I welcome clients from all places.
How long do collaborations take?
Depending on your project needs, your timeline can vary. After our introductory call, we’ll put together a proposal that includes an estimated timeline for your unique project.
How much does it cost to work with you?
Because we think of design as a meaningful investment for your business, we offer custom proposals fitted to your unique needs and goals. Visit our Services page “our approach” section to read through our custom-created packages.
How does payment work?
We like to keep things simple for you, so we offer payment plans. After your initial deposit, we’ll divide the remaining project total into 3 to 5 payments — depending on how big your project is. However, we’re always open to finding an option that works best for you.
When can we start?
Our availability varies throughout the year, but we can work together to find a timeframe that works for both of us.
How much am I involved in the process?
We like for our design projects to feel like a collaborative process — so you’ll have some ‘homework’ to do on your end before we begin. You’ll also offer feedback and reviews of our work along the way. Plus, we’ll stay in touch on a weekly basis.
How do I start my brand journey?

Then — I will send you a bespoke project proposal with few packages to choose from.
After — If you decide to move forward, you will choose your package, sign the contract and make your initial deposit to reserve your spot.
Finally — You’ll receive a Welcome Guide from me and I’ll set up your client portal to officially start our brand journey together.
